Terms & Conditions — dna77 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the dna77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously for as long as a Player holds an active account:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons are not eligible to register or hold a dna77 account.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. Residents of jurisdictions in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of dna77, nor a close family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been obtained from dna77 management.
• You must not be subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order on any gaming platform.
• You must not be suffering from a known gambling addiction at the time of registration.

By completing the dna77 registration process and clicking the acceptance checkbox, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this clause. dna77 bears no liability for any consequences arising from a Player's misrepresentation of their eligibility status.

To access real-money gaming products on dna77, you must create an account by completing the registration form truthfully and accurately. The following rules apply to all dna77 accounts:

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number during registration. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each person is entitled to register and maintain exactly one dna77 account. If dna77 determines that a Player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances will be voided, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dna77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dna77 will treat all activity occurring under a Player's credentials as having been authorized by that Player. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify dna77 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

dna77 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, pledge, or otherwise transfer your account or any portion of your account balance to another person under any circumstances.

dna77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment channels listed below. All deposits are credited to your dna77 wallet in IDR at a 1:1 ratio with no platform-imposed conversion or processing fee.

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your dna77 account. Deposits falling outside the displayed thresholds will be rejected automatically and returned to the originating account.

E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your dna77 wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to 15 minutes during normal banking hours. Deposits submitted outside BCA/BRI/BNI/Mandiri standard operating hours may experience additional processing delays.

You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made using third-party payment instruments — including bank accounts or e-wallets registered in another person's name — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds pending KYC review.

dna77 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending fraud or dispute flags on the account.

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically processed within 1–5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): typically processed within the same business hour during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking window.

To be eligible to withdraw funds, a Player must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) have no active fraud, chargeback, or dispute investigation on their account; and (d) submit a withdrawal request to a payment method registered in their own name, matching the name on their dna77 account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your dna77 account dashboard and may be adjusted by dna77 at any time with reasonable notice.

dna77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's dna77 wallet balance.

dna77 offers a range of bonus and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific bonus terms and these Terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence in relation to that offer only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players who have opted in through the designated claim mechanism for each offer.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated in the applicable offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the stated deadline will expire and be removed from the account.
• dna77 reserves the right to limit eligible games for bonus wagering. Typically, live casino and sportsbook games may contribute at a lower rate (or zero) toward meeting a slots-specific wagering requirement — refer to individual offer terms.

dna77 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing loss exposure; collusion between multiple accounts to exploit a single bonus; use of multiple accounts to claim one-per-player offers more than once; and exploitation of software errors or promotional miscommunications.

Past availability of a promotional offer does not create an obligation on the part of dna77 to repeat that offer in any future period.

The following rules apply to all games and wagering markets available on the dna77 platform, including live casino tables, slot games, sportsbook markets, Keno draws, and Baccarat lobbies.

All game outcomes on dna77 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for software-based games, or by verified physical processes (cards, roulette wheels, dice) for live dealer games supplied by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. dna77's recorded result is final and binding in the event of any dispute. Players who believe a result is erroneous must contact support within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets containing a voided leg will be recalculated on the remaining legs at the applicable odds.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or communication failure that interrupts a game round, dna77 will use system logs to determine the state of play at the point of interruption and settle the round accordingly. dna77 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's own internet or device failure.

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game, per market, and per player account tier. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of wagering. dna77 reserves the right to adjust wager limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dna77 platform. Engagement in any of the below will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with dna77 games or markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of corrupted wagering on sportsbook markets.
• Money laundering or using the dna77 platform to process, conceal, or convert proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent dispute filings with payment providers in relation to legitimate dna77 transactions.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Harassment, threatening language, or abusive conduct directed at dna77 staff or other players.

dna77 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests and at any time we deem it necessary to verify identity, age, or the source of funds.

Standard KYC verification requires the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document — KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (driving license), or valid Indonesian passport.

Refusal to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days of the request will result in the account being suspended until verification is completed.

dna77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Receipt of a chargeback or fraudulent dispute from a payment provider.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory instruction or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at dna77's discretion pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request for non-breach reasons (including self-exclusion), the real-money balance net of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dna77 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dna77 platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server failure, or events outside dna77's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a Player's own negligence, including failure to secure their login credentials or failure to log out from a shared device.
• Errors in sports results, odds, or market data supplied by third-party data providers, provided dna77 acts in good faith upon the data available to it at the time of settlement.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any tax obligations applicable to their gaming winnings under Indonesian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dna77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arises.

dna77 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and customer support. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document.

By registering a dna77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by dna77, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the dna77 platform and, if you wish, contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance before the revised Terms take effect. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to licensed online gaming operators.

In the first instance, dna77 encourages Players to raise any complaint or dispute directly with the customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. dna77 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex matters may require up to 14 calendar days for full investigation and resolution.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the informal process, the Player may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". dna77 will provide a final written decision within 28 calendar days of receiving a formally escalated complaint.

All formal dispute communications shall be conducted in English. dna77 provides Indonesian-speaking support for informal queries and customer service interactions, but the binding contractual language of these Terms and any formal dispute process is English.
